The house is located in Incourt:
- 20 minutes by car from Louvain-la-Neuve (LLN)
- 30 minutes from Herrmann-Debroux or Meiser (Brussels)
🚨 A car is required to get around.

👥 The housemates (young professionals aged 25 to 33):
- Edouard: Always ready for a friendly debate over a drink, passionate about music and watches, and unbeatable at chess for mere mortals!
- Loraine: Enjoys relaxing moments, sports (volleyball, squash, running), and all kinds of crafts (sewing, knitting, crochet).

🏡 The house:
Very spacious with 130 sqm of common areas and a large garden, perfect for BBQs or catching some sun.

🛏️ Available bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom (25 sqm) with its own shower room.
- 2 large bedrooms (50 sqm each), sharing a bathroom on the same floor.

💰 Finances:
- Rent: €390 for the 25 sqm bedroom / €490 for the 50 sqm bedrooms
- Utilities: €200 / month (advance payment covering water, electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi)
- Cleaning: €45,6 / month (for the cleaning lady who comes once a week for common areas)
