Available starting September 15, 2026. 12-month lease, with the option to extend.
The rent for this furnished studio is 1,050 euros/month + a 50-euro/month service charge for private consumption of heat, electricity, and water. Internet is included in the rent. The security deposit is equal to 2 months’ rent. Registration of residence is possible; if not subject to the student tax: 190 euros/year.
