We are going abroad for 6 months and are therefore renting out our house in Gentbrugge.
The house is fully furnished. The rental price includes water/gas/electricity/internet.
Household, bed and bath linen are provided. All kitchenware (plates, cutlery, kitchen appliances, cabinets, ...) may be used.
It is a large and bright house, finished with a lot of wood, parquet flooring and with many trees and greenery in the garden (which is also clearly visible from the living room and kitchen).
AREA
Our house is located on a dead-end street. There is parking space on the driveway, in the garage (for bicycles) and on the street. The church of Gentbrugge is nearby. There you will find a bakery, butchers, a top-quality grocery shop for fruits and vegetables, and several eateries. Carrefour Gentbrugge, Colruyt Ledeberg, and Delhaize Ledeberg are nearby.
The Gentbrugse Meersen nature reserve (274 hectare) is on walking distance from the house (1 km). People with children will find several smaller and bigger playgrounds in our neighbourhood. There is a padel club and an athletics track at 500m.
The Arsenaal Site (a hub for festivals, fairs, theatre, art, climbing gym, ...) is only 5 min by bike.
The house is an 8-minute bike ride from Gent-Zuid (you cycle car-free along the river Scheldt, Keizerspark and the Visserij cycle street).
By car you are at the on and off ramps of the E40, E17, and R4 within 4 minutes. These bring you to Antwerp (50min), Brussels (45min), Ostend (45min), Kortrijk (35min), Bruges (40min).
Gentbrugge Railway Station is 1km, Gent St Pieters Railway Station is 3,8km.
