✅ Everything is ready to welcome you: laundry room with washing machine and dryer, equipped kitchen, shared shower room, a cellar for storing your belongings, friendly common areas, internet, TV, and home insurance covered. You will be among the first occupants of the renovated house.

💲 Charges are 90 euros per person (electricity, gas, water, trash, Internet, insurance). The price for each room is:

* Midnight blue room, single bed: €330
* Sage green room, single bed (1+1): €330
* Salmon room, double bed: €410
* Turquoise room, double bed: €450

🔆 Practical information

* The living room and laundry room are about to be finished; photos are coming!
* Visits possible in July
* Move-in possible from August 1st
