Demer Upkot is a great student residence with a top location. The building is situated close to several campuses of PXL and UHasselt, and is also near the city center of Hasselt.
At Demer Upkot, we offer rooms all equipped with a private bathroom. There is also a shared kitchen, which you use together with your fellow students.The monthly price starts from €399/month. Beside this there is a fixed fee of €119/month for the energy utilities.
Beside this, there is a fantastisch sunny rooftop terrace located on the top floor for all our Demer Upkot-residents.
Our rooms are semi-furnished, including a bed, wardrobe, and desk.
We only offer 12-month contracts, starting on the first of September, 2025.
Unfortunately, semester contracts are not available.
