This room is located at the back of residence Archive 0.2 on the ground floor and features a private bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. There is also a built-in refrigerator. From the room you also have access to the private terrace and communal garden.
For cooking pleasure you can use the common kitchen with its own kitchen locker also there is a common relaxation area.

For this room the monthly rent is €820 excluding the flat rate for utilities of €80/month.
