The building
New-build 2026. Heating and hot water via heat pump, no gas. Fibre internet 2.5 Gb with 24 access points. Concierge and full-time handyman on site. Shared garden with green roof. Private bike storage.

Practical
12-month lease, 1 Sept 2026 – 31 Aug 2027. Annual total € 9,000. Deposit 2 months (€ 1,260) on a blocked account in the tenant's name.
Subject to timely delivery by the developer (ION group), between 1 Sept and 16 Oct 2026. If delivery exceeds 16 Oct 2026, the tenant may cancel free of charge.
