This small student residence with 8 rooms is available from 15/09/2025.

This building has been completely refurbished and finished to a very high standard. The rooms are equipped with an individual air conditioning unit to enjoy optimal comfort in both summer and Winter. The bathrooms are all equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Access is by electronic locks, optimal security and user-friendly.

Upon entering there is a space provided for placing bicycles. On floor -1 there is a cozy relaxation area and communal kitchen equipped with all comforts. Because of this location on -1, this is also perfectly separated from the other spaces to avoid noise pollution.
