This student room is part of living unit 1, which consists of 7 student rooms with private facilities, one studio, and a communal kitchen. Only the mattress and desk chair need to be provided by yourself, after which you can move in.

Thanks to the quality finishing and provided furniture, these student rooms are ready for you to move in. You also have a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen is communal, allowing you to interact with other students. Additionally, the residence also offers a pleasant inner courtyard - the ideal place to relax in between studying.

Due to its central location in the center of Leuven, everything is within walking or cycling distance.

As the project is still under construction, no on-site viewing can be done at the moment.

Please note: the lease agreement will commence under the following suspensive condition: the provisional handover of the leased (private) property, no later than October 16, 2026. The lease agreement will commence no later than one week after the provisional handover of the leased (private) property.
