We are letting out a room in our house. We live in a cohousing arrangement with three other people. We are a family of five and live upstairs in the house, where we have our own bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom.
You will share a bathroom with two other people and the kitchen with three others, and very occasionally with us.
Room 1: 12 m² (shared bathroom) : 550 € + 75 € = 625 € (available)
Room 2: 15 m² (shared bathroom) : 590 € + 75 € = 665 € (rented)
Room 3: 45 m² (en-suite bathroom) : €695 + €100 = €795 (rented)
