Formerly linked to the Provincial Palace of Namur, the building is built around a large paved courtyard. On one side is the former concierge's lodge, now divided into several offices. On the other side, the mansion has a separate entrance.
The ground floor comprises a grand entrance hall, several meeting rooms that have retained their historic splendour, toilets and a kitchen.

Finally, the attic, which has been entirely converted into offices, covers the entire surface area of the main building.
