This bright duplex loft is available from 15 September. A video tour is available on this website, allowing you to view the layout of the loft at your convenience beforehand.

There will be one viewing on Saturday August, 29th. The loft will remain available until then. Each visitor will have one opportunity to submit an application. Each application will be forwarded in full to the landlord. Please request your viewing in good time via this website.

When submitting your request, please mention your preferred start date, the number of occupants and a few words about your personal situation.

The loft comprises a spacious living room with dining area, an open and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a storage/laundry room, a separate toilet and a south-facing terrace. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a separate toilet, overlooking the living area.

The advance payment for the communal charges is €200 per month. This includes maintenance and cleaning of the common areas, the lift, water softener, property manager and waste collection.

The loft has individual gas heating and separate meters for gas, water and electricity. Individual consumption is not included in the communal charges.
