Located in Ittre, the new project “Les Hauts de Samme” is set in a green and peaceful environment, close to the town center and its shops, including Deli Traiteur, restaurants, a butcher, a renowned bakery, and the Théâtre de la Valette.

Phase 3 offers low-energy new homes (QZen certified) with 1 to 4 bedrooms, with living areas ranging from 174 m² to 317 m². Some homes include a convertible attic. Each house has a terrace area and a private garden.

The homes include water and electricity connections prepared for the kitchen (supply and installation not included), a heat pump with hot water tank, underfloor heating, PVC double-glazed windows, brick cladding, and a double-flow ventilation system ensuring excellent indoor air quality. Each house is also equipped with a 7,500-liter rainwater collection tank. Depending on the model, some homes include a garage, and some can optionally have a carport.

The projected energy certificate is PEB A+.

The land is sold under registration duties (12.5%) and the construction under VAT (21%).
