This business park is strategically located in the golden triangle of Antwerp, Brussels and Ghent, close to the N16 motorway with good access to both the A12 and E17 motorways.

The 7-hectare site will be redeveloped in phases into a new, future-proof business park with a mix of sustainable industrial buildings, offices, customised projects, supplemented by support services.
