The last four apartments in Bloei Phase 1 will be completed in 2025 and will be ready to move into immediately upon signing the deed. This means that the new residents can enjoy their new home right away, without any further renovations or refurbishments.
Bloei Phase 2 will be completed in the second half of 2026.
