The recently renovated and fully furnished home has 3 floors, each of which can be rented separately within a co-housing concept. Each floor has its own living room, bedroom, and bathroom (+-40m²). On the ground floor (+- 80m²), there is a shared dining room, kitchen, and seating area that opens onto the fantastic garden.

The entire home is equipped with state-of-the-art home automation, triple glazing, underfloor heating & cooling, a heat pump, and solar panels.

The property is ideally located within walking distance of the center of Ghent in a pleasant and particularly quiet neighborhood with easy transport links and all necessary amenities nearby.
