The municipality of Pelt applies the standard building regulations here, with the following exceptions:
·- Keep 5 meters clear to the left of the building line instead of 3 meters; on the right, the standard 3 meters applies
·- A minimum 10-meter garden zone must be maintained at the rear
·- An urban planning permit must be obtained before construction may begin (currently registered in the land registry as hayfield but recognized by the municipality as building land). All surrounding lots are also developed.

Guidelines for maximum building depth:
·- Aligned with adjacent buildings
·- Ground floor: maximum 17 m
·- Upper floor: maximum 12 m (measured from the front building line)

Guidelines for cornice height:
·- Aligned with adjacent buildings
·- 2 stories

Guidelines for pitched roofs:
·- roof pitch: maximum 45°
·- ridge height: maximum 11 m
