Description

Architect-renovated loft, roof terrace, view over Brussels

Looking for peace and quiet in the city? Come and see this unique loft during the first and only viewing, on Saturday 10 October.

When you open the front door, you first step onto the covered terrace, overlooking the church of Jette. Only then do you enter the loft itself. Place Reine Astrid (Miroir) and Jette's shopping centre are within walking distance.

The loft is on the second floor of a former industrial building and spreads over three levels. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area with open kitchen, sitting area and dining area, a separate office, a separate toilet and a utility room. The owner, an architect, redesigned the master suite, created and integrated the office, and shaped the layout and look of the lower level.

There are two terraces. The first is covered and extends the living space. The second is on the roof and offers a wide view over Brussels, as far as the North District and the Atomium.

Individual gas heating, separate meters, double glazing, video intercom, compliant electrics, EPB class C. Private cellar and secure bicycle storage. The parking space at the back can be purchased for an additional price.

HOW DOES THE SALE WORK?
Out of transparency and honesty, we don't work with a bidding war.

Contact us via this website. You will receive an email with the link to the video tour, the virtual visit and the full sales file (syndic, service charges, minutes of general meetings). The viewing takes place on Saturday 10 October from 12:30, by appointment. We work with 20-minute slots, with a maximum of two to three candidates per slot. Once you confirm your attendance, you will receive a time slot.

After the viewing, take your time and consult your notary or bank if needed. You can submit an offer until Tuesday 13 October at 3 pm. The sellers then decide for themselves whom they sell to.

The listed price is a starting price, not a traditional asking price. Anyone making an offer makes their best and final offer straight away. There is no second round of bidding, and offers are not played off against each other. The buyer's conditions and certainty may also play a role.
