There are open-plan offices, separate executive offices and meeting rooms available. These are fully furnished with high-quality warm materials.

RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

- the consumption of electricity;
- the consumption of coffee and tea;
- the periodic maintenance and cleaning;
- the facility management and building management;
- the use of WiFi, LAN, printers, faxes and copiers;
- the maintenance and execution of minor repairs;
- the maintenance of plants;
- free use of shared meeting rooms at a rate of 60 hours per month;
- free use of the Boardroom at a rate of 4 hours per month;
- use of coffee corners and the cafeteria, and their equipment (fridge, microwave, coffee machine);
- use of the shower rooms on the ground floor;
- access control to and in the Private Parts;
- general reception services and reception in the building (8.30am - 6pm), incl. mail delivery;
- access to personal mailbox and access to the Bringme Box mailbox system;
- charges, taxes and duties relating to the building (including property tax)
- costs of fire insurance, municipal or regional taxes
