A second room of approximately 12m² can also serve as a small office, separate meeting room, photo studio, or creative space. Additionally, there are 2 separate toilets and a storage room.

Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
If desired, additional meeting rooms can be used, and a parking space can be rented. Extra services such as cleaning, mail distribution, printing, etc., are also available.
