In Moen (Zwevegem), Ceusters is commercializing the former site of steel wire company Bekaert into a new business park. The Moen branch closed its doors in 2019 after restructuring. The site has remained vacant and underused ever since. With an area of 8 hectares, the site offers a lot of potential to create a mix of activities.
The project is located near the Bossuit - Kortrijk Canal and is part of the larger Moen Trekweg business park. The site is easily accessible via the E17 and E403 (both 10 km). After redevelopment, the site will provide additional space for local business activities close to the center of Moen.
