Building height:
- maximum 2 storeys below the cornice
Cornice height maximum 6.5m Ridge height maximum 11m.
The building height is measured relative to existing ground level measured at the front building line.

Floor level ground level: the floor levels of the future buildings should be above the level of the roadway, maximum 0.40m higher than the level of the roadway in front.

Roof shape: free to choose, but in harmony with the environment.

The detached facades:
- at least 3.00m from the lateral plot boundary

The front facade:
- at 6.00m behind the building line.

Detached buildings:
- single storage shed, garden house, animal house, pool house, garage, carport, garden conservatory,...
- residential or ancillary uses are not permitted in detached buildings
