The villa, which faces south, is surrounded by a granite stone wall. A caretaker's cottage, known as the "Conciergerie", completes the entrance on the north side. It is flanked by a wooden gateway framed by two stone pillars topped with capitals. The wide space it opens onto leads to a paved driveway leading up to the villa, a tree-lined raised terrace to the north, an entrance to the caretaker's cottage and access to the landscaped grounds with trellises, dominated by a terrace on the south side paved with large stone slabs. This is followed by a meadow, bringing the total surface area of the property up to around 2.3 hectares. The four-storey villa is rectangular shape and built of rubble stone. The gable roof is built of slate. The south facade features an oriel window on one side, typical of 19th century architecture, which runs the full height of the building, with a balustrade balcony on the top floor. The facade, with its many windows, offers views over the grounds and the vast grassy meadow. Finally, the caretaker's cottage is built of stone and covered with a slate gable roof. A balcony adorns the south-facing first floor, while a terrace with the same exposure, surrounded by a low wall, borders the house.

Dans la baie du Mont Saint-Michel, une élégante villa de la fin du 19e s.

Exposée au sud, la villa est ceinturée d'un mur en pierre de granit. Une maison de gardien, surnommée « la conciergerie », la complète à son entrée, du côté nord. Elle jouxte un portail en bois, encadré de deux piliers de pierres surmontés de chapiteaux. Le large espace sur lequel il ouvre distribue une allée pavée qui mène à la villa, un alignement arboré surélevé en terrasse au nord, une entrée de la conciergerie, enfin un accès au parc paysager en espalier, que domine une terrasse sur le côté sud, pavée de larges dalles en pierre. Un pré de pâtures lui succède, portant la surface totale de la propriété à quelque 2,3 ha.
Élevée de quatre niveaux sous combles, la villa a été construite en moellon de pierre suivant un plan rectangulaire. La toiture à deux pans est en ardoise. La façade sud présente sur un côté un oriel, typique de l'architecture du 19e s., qui s'élève sur toute la hauteur de l'édifice, avec un balcon à balustres au dernier étage. Percée de baies, la façade ménage des perspectives sur le parc et le vaste pré enherbé.
La conciergerie, enfin, a été bâtie en pierre et recouverte d'un toit d'ardoises à deux pans. Un balcon agrémente l'étage, exposé au sud, tandis qu'une terrasse de même exposition, entourée d'un muret, borde le logis.
