As part of the opening of a new perinatal center dedicated to women’s health, several medical and paramedical consultation rooms (20–25 m²) will be available from May 1st.

The center is located in a new high-standard building (energy class A++) in Casteau (7061), close to Mons and SHAPE, offering a quiet, professional and easily accessible setting.

Each consultation room provides a bright and functional environment, including:
• sink (water point)
• individual videophone system
• underfloor heating and double-flow ventilation (optimal air quality)

Shared facilities:
• 9 parking spaces
• waiting area
• accessible restroom (PMR compliant)
• reception area

Rooms are available on a flexible basis (hourly, half-day or full-day):
• €15 / hour
• €35 / half-day
• €60 / full day

All utilities are included (internet, water, electricity, heating and insurance).

The center is designed to support a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to women’s and perinatal care, facilitating collaboration between healthcare professionals (midwives, physiotherapists, dietitians, psychologists, general practitioners, etc.).

The current team already includes:
• sexologist
• pelvic floor physiotherapist
• osteopath (pediatrics and pregnancy)
• medical pedicure / reflexology
• massage therapist (baby massage and yoga)
• consultant in nutrigenetics and personalized nutrition

We are currently prioritizing the integration of midwives, obstetricians-gynecologists, pediatricians and general practitioners.

The setting offers the opportunity to develop private consultations in pregnancy follow-up, postnatal care and preventive women’s health, within a structured and complementary care environment.

Its proximity to SHAPE also allows practitioners to access an international patient base, particularly for those fluent in English or multiple languages.

Le centre est implanté dans un bâtiment neuf de haut standing (PEB A++), situé à Casteau (7061), à proximité immédiate de Mons et du SHAPE, dans un environnement calme, professionnel et facilement accessible.

Chaque cabinet offre un espace de consultation lumineux et fonctionnel, comprenant :
• point d’eau privatif
• vidéophone individuel
• chauffage par le sol et ventilation double flux (qualité d’air optimale)
• connexion internet haut débit

Espaces communs :
• 9 places de parking
• salle d’attente
• sanitaires PMR
• espace accueil

Les cabinets sont proposés selon une formule flexible (heure, demi-journée, journée) :
• 15 € / heure
• 35 € / demi-journée

Le centre est conçu pour favoriser une approche coordonnée et pluridisciplinaire de la santé féminine et périnatale, permettant la collaboration entre professionnels de santé.

L’équipe en place comprend actuellement :

• ostéopathe spécialisée en pédiatrie et femmes enceintes
• pédicure médicale / réflexologie plantaire
• massothérapeute spécialisée en massage et yoga pour bébé
• consultante en nutrigénétique et nutrition personnalisée

Nous recherchons en priorité :
• sages-femmes
• gynécologues-obstétriciens
• pédiatres
• médecins généralistes

Ce cadre permet de développer des consultations en suivi de grossesse, post-partum et prévention en santé féminine, au sein d’un environnement structuré et complémentaire.

La proximité du SHAPE constitue un atout majeur, offrant la possibilité de développer une patientèle internationale, en particulier pour les praticiens maîtrisant plusieurs langues.
