Beautiful room in a large, quiet flat in the heart of Dansaert. The flat is ideal for a couple, but could also be suitable for a single person.
The room has its own private bathroom (shower/bath, 2 sinks and toilet), a large dressing room it opens out into a large private terrace.
The flat is located in a former printing house, which was converted for residential use. The kitchen is very well equipped, inside a magnificent living room with very high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows opening into a balcony. The flat also has a laundry room with washing machine, a cellar, and two workspaces/offices that can be used for remote working. From the terraces, you can access a very quiet garden shared with the rest of the building. Free bicycle parking is available in the building. You can also access to the building's magnificent rooftop.

?? Simon is a techie nerd who loves board games and political philosophy, and is currently studying computer science in Brussels.

The atmosphere in the flat is very friendly and we regularly share meals and film screenings (we have a projector in the living room). We generally speak French amongst ourselves but we can all also speak English.

Magnifique chambre située dans un grand et calme appartement dans le cœur du quartier Dansaert. L'appartement est idéal pour un couple.
La chambre est composée de sa propre salle de bain (baignoire 2 lavabos et toilettes), d'un grand dressing et d'une chambre donnant sur une grande terrasse privative.
L'appartement est situé dans une ancienne imprimerie réaffecter en lieux d'habitation au début des années 2000. La cuisine est très bien équipée, à l'intérieur d'une magnifique salon avec une très grande hauteur sous plafond et une grande baie vitrée donnant sur un balcon. L'appartement possède également une buanderie avec machine à laver, une cave, ainsi que deux espaces/bureau qui peuvent être utilisé pour le télétravail. accès à un très calme jardin partagé depuis les terrasses. Parking à vélo disponible gratuitement dans l'immeuble. Il est aussi possible d'accéder au magnifique rooftop de l'immeuble. Nous possédant un vidéoprojecteur pour regarder des films.
