Welcome to residence Duinenzee, a residence tailored to the elderly.
As a resident, you want to enjoy your well-earned retirement carefree. That is why the Duinenzee residence has its own care staff. They will assist you in emergencies and/or take care of practical matters. Each apartment is also equipped with a convenient call system that allows you to contact the care personnel at any time.
The apartment is arranged as follows: a spacious living area with access to terrace, an open and fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator and micro combi oven), a bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and a spacious bedroom that also provides access to the terrace.
With the beautiful dune garden and all the facilities, you also get a sea of space without having to worry about maintenance. And the chores? The assistant will take care of them for you.
For this mandatory service you will be charged 15,79€/day in addition to the rental price. For two persons the price is 18,75€/day.
