The frontage line of the new dwelling connects with the frontage line of the left adjacent dwelling, at 5.06 m from the axis of the road in front and has a maximum width of 10.00 m. A construction-free zone of at least 8.64 m to the right plot boundary will be retained. This zone will serve as a garden area at the house. The maximum building depth is 12.00 m. Only 1 outbuilding with a maximum area of 10 m² will be allowed. The outbuilding will have a maximum height of 3 m, planted 1m from the plot boundaries or in the plot boundary subject to the written consent of the adjoining owner.
