In a former coach house on Sint-Jacobsplein in Leuven, student project HUB01 flaunts its authentic features today in restored condition.
The building offers a mix of student rooms, a studio and flat whose completion is scheduled for May 2024. With its location within walking distance of Gasthuisberg (KU Leuven campuses and UCLL) and within cycling distance of Imec and Sportcampus Arenberg, it is a very attractive location for many students.
