Het project ‘Stille Waters' is een ode aan het schilderachtige en pittoreske Sint-Amands. We bouwen 22 omvangrijke BEN-appartement die verdeeld worden over 3 kleinschalige gebouwen. Ee´n voor e´e´n met de´ perfecte oriëntatie. Daarnaast is er via de autolift toegang tot de ondergrondse parking waar we 22 bergruimtes en 36 autostaanplaatsen herbergen. De groendaken en vele andere details maken het project een pareltje te midden het ambitieuze masterplan van de gemeente. Appartement A0.2 maakt deel uit van de tweede fase van dit project. In tegenstelling tot de twee andere gebouwen kunnen we gebouw A terugvinden aan de zijde van de Romain Steppestraat.
