Completely renovated house (fully stripped and renovated). On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, a separate kitchen overlooking the terrace, and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are 3 large bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. There is a cellar and an attic. There are two parking spaces in the garden and a bicycle storage. The house is currently being finished and should be fully completed by early June. There is underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. The house is equipped with solar panels and a heat pump. The EPB certificate is not yet available, but the house will be very energy efficient!! The charges are 15 euros per month for pruning the hedges and plantings in the garden. Youmust maintain the lawn yourself. Each house has 2 parking spaces and a bicycle storage for 2 to 3 bicycles, a small lawnmower, and garbage bags. Lighting in the houses is provided. There is a terrace and a garden.
