This elegant and spacious bourgeois residence, known as Hôtel de Noailles, was in its early years one of the most prominent hotels in Spa. Completely demolished, the villa was rebuilt in 1911 by the mayor of the respective city, who made it his residence. Since 2018, the new owners have been dedicated to its renovation while preserving the authentic architectural lines of that time. The entire property consists of two entities, the main villa of ± 950 m² (according to PEB) and the caretaker's house of over 100 m², all on a plot of ± 37 ares. Note the indoor pool and its terrace for nearly 100 m². In the basement of over 200 m², there is, among other things, a large Jacuzzi. Other features include an attic, oil heating and heat pump, thermodynamic boiler, and photovoltaic panels.
