The 18 hectare site will be redeveloped in several phases into a new future-oriented business campus, with a mix of sustainable industrial buildings, offices, tailor-made projects and ancillary services. When the first phase of the project is launched, two new business cluster buildings will be built there, together providing space for 38 SME units ranging from 150 m² to 395 m². This business park is strategically located in the south of Brussels, right next to exit 18 (Ruisbroek) of the E19 Brussels – Mons. The site also benefits from very good access to the E40/E19 interchange as well as the A12.
