Welcome to this cosy, furnished room of 16m2. The small terrace is an additional asset and gives the possibility of having a private outdoor space. This room is equipped with private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

In this student residence we have beautiful modern rooms, centrally located with entrance along the car-free walking street Diestsestraat. Rooms are fully furnished and have their own bathroom, fridge and microwave. There is also a communal kitchen, large bicycle shed, shared washing machine and dryer and a large terrace for all the students. The common areas are cleaned weekly by our cleaning staff. We work with a monthly flat rate for the consumption of electricity, heating, water and superfast internet. This price includes fire insurance, maintenance and weekly cleaning of the common parts, lift and waste containers.
