We are holding Open House days on April 20! Visit these studios between 1pm and at 4pm.
This beautiful modern student studio features its own private terrace, fully equipped kitchen, high-quality furniture and private bathroom.
With its excellent central location with entrance along the car-free Diestsestraat pedestrian street, this studio is the ideal home for students who value their privacy. There is also a large bike shed, washing machine and tumble dryer and a large terrace for all the students in the residence.
The common parts are cleaned weekly by our cleaning service. We work with a monthly flat rate for the consumption of electricity, heating and superfast internet. This price includes fire insurance, maintenance and weekly cleaning of the common parts, lift and waste containers.
