Welcome to this cosy, furnished room of 16m2 and overlooking Mechelsestraat. This room is furnished and equipped with private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is also a fridge in the room.

This beautiful and modern student residence is centrally located within the city ring road with entrance along the Mechelsestraat. There is easy access to the motorway (E40-E314). Different sizes of rooms available. There is also a communal kitchen, large bike shed, washer and dryer and a large garden for all the students. The common parts are cleaned weekly by our cleaning service.

We work with a monthly flat rate for the consumption of electricity, heating, water and superfast internet. This price includes fire insurance, maintenance and weekly cleaning of the common parts, lift and waste containers.
