A separate bathroom (with shower, sink and toilet) and a fully equipped kitchenette are provided in each studio and flat. The flats have a separate bedroom.
On the top floor of the student residence, there is a spacious terrace where students can relax and socialise.
We work with a monthly flat rate for the consumption of electricity, heating and superfast internet. This price includes fire insurance, maintenance and weekly cleaning of the common parts, lift and waste containers. Contact us for more info.
