Charming and historic offices for rent located in the building where the famous indoor playground 'Pirate Island' was housed on Het Eilandje.

The building was originally a combination of an office building with a warehouse behind it and a multi-family home with a shop. Gerard Jan Maas expanded the ground floor of the warehouse into a new meeting room in 1904, architect Jef Huygh later converted the multi-family home into offices in 1927.
